The relationship between a house, its architecture and its inhabitants is much closer or more intimate than we care to admit. This was proven in a very unusual way by two artists who built a structure sat atop a concrete column and moved in for five days. The structure would respond to their movements and to the outside conditions, tilting and rotating as the artists moved around. This experiment was part of the “Wood: from structure to enclosure” exhibition at the OMI Art Center in Hudson Valley, New York. More info at
